Weed Brushes for Sweeping Machines
Weed brushes for sweeping machines are side brushes much harder and more aggressive than traditional ones, intended to perform small clearings in ditches and curbs of roads.
Weed brushed for sweepers are the strongest, hardest, and most resistant side brushes that can be installed on sweepers.
They are much heavier, harder, and more aggressive than traditional ones, as they are intended to perform small clearings in ditches and curbs of roads.
Generally, they are brushes like the side steel brushes that are mounted only with flat metal rods, but in which both the base and the wires are steel, and large cables are added. They are constructed by welding since being so aggressive, it is necessary to ensure the attachment to the bases.
There are 2 types of brush cutters: those that are only cutters, composed solely of strong steel cables, without rods and therefore with high clearing capacity and low sweeping capacity; and those that are a mix between sweepers and cutters, being side steel brushes to which a few cutters are added.
They are also heavier than normal brushes, so they should be installed on larger sweepers with strong and resistant hydraulic support arms.
A good recommendation is to use normal brushes on the sides of the sweepers (either mixed sides or only steel) and a brush cutter on the third arm; or in sweepers that do not have this third arm, install a cutter on the right and a traditional side brush on the left.
The brush cutter for sweepers is very effective for clearing weeds and small plants that grow in roadside ditches, curbs, or between cobblestones in cities and roads, and since it is driven by the sweeper itself, it is the one that sweeps and collects all the debris.
