Like in other brushes sectors, the brush will depend on the application of the specific machine, the material to clean and the floor surface. The most used fibres for scrubber brushes are polypropylene, but also carborundum (Tinex-very abrasive), short length for pads and steel can be used for more demanding applications too. Some scrubber machines have cylindrical brushes (roller brushes with short length filaments), as a complement to disc brushes.
Many sizes of brushes dimension depending on internal and external diameters. Standard external diameter sizes: Ø 195, 245, 300, 330, 360, 380, 400, 410, 430, 460, 480, 500 and 510 mm, also we could use intermediates sizes cutting from bigger one.
The best complement for these brushes is our Industrial Degreaser-descaling.
Our degreaser descales the dirty surface and the brush removes it.
Brushes also differ because of the fitting system, but in most cases brushes for scrubber machines are reused. Although, they are available on request.
