It is an alternative to the classic steel, rubber or plastic roller conveyor, since the rollers are cylindrical brushes.
These brushes that make up the Mini Roller Conveyor are configured of 2000 mm sections of a C-guide, to which 30 or 60 rollers are configured.
A smooth, safe, silent transport of the part is achieved and the degree of dirt on the parts is reduced. It is especially good for the transport of pieces of delicate or sensitive products, as well as those cases where it is necessary to avoid the superficial adhesion of impurities.
The Sacema Mini Roller Conveyor is not excessively large, that is why it is called mini roller conveyor as the brushes have a total diameter of 30 mm for a body of 21 mm, being industrial brushes of very complex manufacturing. The total height from the base of the support to the end of the cylindrical brush filaments is 37 mm and the width of the C-guide is 35 mm.
Industrial brushes are always manufactured in black polyamide 6 with a smooth 0.2 mm filament diameter, as it is necessary to maintain dimensional stability, good durability and resilience. For its part, the core of the brush is always made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), as it is very important that it has good mechanical resistance and dimensional stability properties.
The Mini Roller Conveyor is configured according to the number of brushes it mounts, being only 30 or 60 units for each 2-meter section.
