Types
Crimped Wire Cup Brushes
MOD.F-16:
Made with cord wires, it is a flexible and compact cup brush with medium boot capacity. These wires are built with grouped amount of steel filaments with high resistance. All of them with 0.22 mm of diameter.
MOD.F-24:
Made with brass coated steel, stainless steel and brass wires. Used for brushing large surfaces on electric or pneumatic portable machines. The fixation to the machine can be with a smooth cap or the most recommended, with threaded cap. The stainless wires are the most suitable for brushing stainless steel surfaces.
Knotted Cup Brushes
MOD. F-25 WITH RING and MOD. F-25 WITHOUT RING:
Made with steel, stainless steel or brass wires. These brushes are useful for hard tasks and large surfaces which require a large boot capacity, perfect aggressive tool for shipyards, boilers, and cleaning of formwork panels. The fixation to the machine can be with smooth hole or the most recommended, with threaded bushing for its greater comfort.
Nylon Wire Cup Brush
MOD.F-17:
Made with medium grain nylon wires. Perfectly flexible unit for brushing irregular surfaces, it is also particularly suitable for wood finishes and delicate metal surfaces such as cars.
Encapsulated Wire Cup Brush
MOD.F-26 and MOD. GOGOR:
Made with brass steel covered with vulcanized wires. The brass coated steel wires are bonded with a synthetic elastomer for a longer brush life due to progressive wear that prevents wire breakage and facilitates handling.
*Both End Brush and Cup Brush MOD. GOGOR are available with shank.
