Deburring Brushes

Our Deburring Brushes are available in steel, brass steel, stainless steel, brass, or wire rope.

F-15 MULTI-AXLE BRUSH / BRUSH WITH THREADED CAP

These kinds of brushes are used for oxides and paint removals, deburr, clean foundries, preparation of covers for retreading or recovery of bottles.
These circular deburring brushes are ideal for exact workings and abrasive needs.

F-16 CIRCULAR WITH CRIMPED WIRE

Flexible, compact, and aggressive brush. Corrugated cables with several steel crimped wires with high resistance. Medium boot capacity.

F-23 CIRCULAR UNETA

Used for narrow areas, irregular surfaces that require flexible brushes; and for deburring edges of tubes and profiles cut, both in manual and automatic systems.

F-17 NYLON ABRASIVE

Used to work both wet and dry surfaces, does not scratch or alter the surfaces due to its flexibility, allows the brushing of irregular pieces.

Circular Wheel Brushes With Shank

MOD. F-21:

Used with electric or pneumatic drills with 6 mm drill chucks or pneumatic forceps.

MOD. F-17:

With fine grain specially indicated for cleaning and polishing wood (rustic or fine finish) and metal surfaces where scratches must be avoided (like auto-industry).

Knot Wheel Brushes

Indicated for the elimination of welding and forging shells, retreading, recovery of bottles or cleaning of road joints, oxides, paints, adhered greases, and dirt in general, interior of pipes, moulds, etc. Wire materials are available in steel, stainless and brass.

F18 / F-18 PIPELINE:

Designed in addition, especially for welding cleaning in pipe-lines tube joints, in the construction of gas pipelines and pipelines.
With great booting capacity and possibility of adding individual brushes to create costumed rollers.

BT KNOTTED WHEEL BRUSH WITH 6mm SHANK:

To be used on electric or pneumatic drills with drill chucks or 6 mm pneumatic clamps.
Great booting capacity. This brush is perfect for rust deburring and removing under seal.
