Belt Brushes are a variety of industrial brushes. They have a belt base where the tufts are inserted by one of their faces.
These industrial brushes are obtained by combining the main advantages of traditional belts for the transmission of movement with the treatment of brush surfaces.
Sacema’s Belt Brushes are configurable according to the sizes, shapes, and configurations of the straps, and of course the filaments with which the industrial brush is defined.

Types
We have 4 main types of Belt Brushes:
Flat Belt Brushes
It is the most common application since the section of the belt is rectangular and can be opened or closed depending on the application. Usually, the run is made of rubber or chrome leather with polyamide reinforcement, and the widths are from 25 to 200 mm. Its main application is for transverse cleaning of conveyor belts and straps.
Toothed-belt Brushes
A very technical and specialised Industrial Brush, since it is used only in those applications where they require synchronized work, where the positioning of the pieces must be precise, having a small investment pulley diameter. The straps are made of polyurethane with studs where you can insert the filaments. Maximum 6 m/sec.
Vee-belt Brushes
A very technical and specialised Industrial Brush, since it is used only in those applications where they require resistance, speed of work and robustness. It reaches the work speed up to 20 m/sec. Available closed or open.
Conveyor Belt Brushes
A twist in the innovation of the belt brushes is to make a conveyor belt with industrial brushes, when looking for the delicate movement of parts, reduce noise or keep the product clean while traveling in a belt. The system is composed of modular brushes, and sprockets to make the traction to suit the customer.
