This Industrial Conveyor Belt Brush is a competitive alternative to traditional belts, especially when delicate movements of parts are needed.
It minimalizes the risk of damage or scratches by supporting only the end of the brush filaments of each segment of the band. Because of this it looks like as if the pieces were levitating.
It has a huge advantage in case of needs of repairs due to the fact that if a part of the Conveyor Belt Brush gets damaged there is no need for costly reparations. The pieces can be replaced and/or repaired individually.
To define Sacema Conveyor Belt Brush we must define the number of rows for each module, the diameter of the pinions, wheelbase of the pinions, the width of each segment (between 100 and 2000 mm) and of course, the type of filament with which we insert each segment.
One of the main applications of the Sacema omega brush band is the cross cleaning of the conveyor belts. It is used in cleaning applications where the band that is to be cleaned needs a lot of work (since the cylindrical brushes would flex too much by their own weight), as well as when you want to remove the residue from the band laterally.
The assembly of the conveyor belt brush is very simple, it can be mounted by almost anyone, quickly, easily and safely.
